- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctor was very nice, as was the staff. I was very impressed that the doctor called me the day before to speak with me and introduce himself- at that point I was sold and so excited to come in. However, I called previous to my appointment to see if my insurance was accepted there, and I got the answer "yes." Well, apparently your office is a premier provider under my insurance , therefore an out of network office for me. So for a 2 minute filing of my tooth it cost me close to $30. I feel like when someone calls to ask if their insurance is covered, the staff should be more specific as to what kind of coverage is accepted.
